About the role

Join a LEGO® store team to deliver a memorable experience for every guest. You will greet visitors, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming, safe, and visually appealing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction at all times.
• Perform all cash‑register functions, handle transactions accurately, and promote loyalty programmes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and product displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Assist in receiving merchandise, organise the stockroom, and follow safety regulations.
• Identify and report stock shortages, safety concerns, or challenging customer situations to management.
• Use promotional materials and support store‑wide operational tasks as needed.
