Restaurant General Manager – Luxury F&B – Dubai

About the role

Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead its signature dining outlets. This senior position oversees multiple restaurants within a world‑class luxury resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all signature dining venues, aligning with F&B objectives and brand standards.
• Direct daily operations across multiple outlets, maintaining high service quality and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, revenue initiatives, and cost‑control measures to maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Analyse performance data, guest feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with senior leadership roles in Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record managing fine‑dining or multi‑outlet restaurant environments.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
