About the role

The Road Works Manager (H/F) leads and coordinates all activities of the Road Works section, ensuring quality, safety and service continuity. This permanent position is based in Nancy and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

Pilot and coordinate the entire range of road works activities, including glissières, ouvrages d'art, enduits, abattage and horizontal signage.
Manage the section’s resources, budgets and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain high quality of work.
Monitor and guarantee continuity of service for road infrastructure.

Required profile

Proven experience in managing road construction or maintenance projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering works such as glissières, ouvrages d'art, enduits, abattage and signage.
Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple tasks and handle complex operational environments.
Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
