About the role

The company is seeking a Technical Manager to structure and lead its entire technical team covering hardware, embedded software and production for space engineering projects. You will act as the internal technical authority, bridging research and development with industrialisation, and energising team dynamics.

Key responsibilities

Organise and direct the technical team responsible for hardware, embedded software and production.
Serve as the primary technical authority within the organisation.
Act as the interface between R&D and industrialisation functions.
Promote and sustain a collaborative and high‑performance team environment.

Required profile

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in an engineering context.
Strong understanding of the interplay between hardware development, embedded software and production processes.
Ability to act as a liaison between research and industrialisation stakeholders.
Leadership skills to drive team motivation and cohesion.
