About the role

Based in Saint‑Priest, France and reporting to the Operations Directorate, the National Freight Forwarding Services Manager will lead the company's freight forwarding activities across the country. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, maintaining profitability and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise national freight forwarding operations in France.
Monitor performance against quality, cost and customer‑satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with the Operations Directorate to align activities with strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Analyze results and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics management within the French market.
Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
Excellent understanding of quality, cost control and customer‑service principles.
Ability to work on‑site in Saint‑Priest and travel nationally as needed.
