About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to support the visibility and growth of our Bachelor programmes. Working closely with prospective students and their families, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, guiding, and selecting candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and attract prospective Bachelor students.
  • Guide candidates and families through the admission process.
  • Assess applications and coordinate selection procedures.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to align recruitment strategies with programme goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

  • Experience in recruitment or admissions, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple candidate pipelines.
