About the role

Reporting directly to the General Management, you will serve as the reference point for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) within the company. The position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational involvement to keep the QHSE system alive and continuously improve workplace practices.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and develop the company’s QHSE management system.
Support and guide teams in applying QHSE procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and environmental performance.
Collaborate with senior management to align QHSE objectives with business strategy.

Required profile

Strong understanding of QHSE principles and regulations.
Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
