About the role

The National Key Account Manager for Retail will report directly to the Director of Retail Key Account Sales. The role focuses on developing, retaining, and enhancing the company's services for a portfolio of strategic clients and prospects across the retail sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop relationships with strategic retail accounts and new prospects.
Foster client loyalty by delivering high‑value services and solutions.
Promote and position the company's offerings to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
