Responsable maintenance et exploitation junior tertiaire, vous êtes rattaché au Directeur du pôle Gestion de patrimoine et exploitation maintenance et managé par le Responsable Exploitation Maintenance.

Missions principales

Piloter la politique d’exploitation, d’entretien et de maintenance des bâtiments et ouvrages.
Mettre en œuvre les actions d’entretien et de maintenance tertiaire.
