About the role
Keolis Île-de-France is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the cost estimation of Tender Responses (RAO) for its passenger transport contracts competing in the Île‑de‑France region. The role reports directly to the Director of Finance and is essential for ensuring financially sound bids.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and cost‑estimation process for all RAO submissions.
- Analyse financial implications of transport contracts under competition.
- Prepare and present financial data to senior management.
- Coordinate with operational teams to gather necessary cost inputs.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of awarded contracts.
Required profile
- Background in finance or accounting, preferably with experience in public‑transport or tendering environments.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complex financial data.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Reporting line directly to the Finance Director.
