Responsable des Opérations – Studios de Fitness à Paris

About the role

The company is a premium international sport and wellness brand expanding globally. As Operations Manager you will ensure flawless daily operations of two Parisian fitness studios, guaranteeing high standards for both clients and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and smooth functioning of both studios, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, service quality and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Develop, formalise and continuously improve operational procedures so that all staff work consistently.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency gains without compromising the client experience.
• Plan staff schedules, manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews for the front‑desk teams.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring service levels and cost‑effectiveness.
• Track operational KPIs, report to senior management and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Drive client‑centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty and overall studio reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading front‑office or hospitality teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and coach staff on‑site.
