About the role

Ralph Lauren is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead store back‑of‑house activities and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. You will create an inclusive, client‑centric environment while driving performance and profitability across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering an inclusive culture and holding members accountable for results.
• Set, monitor, and act on key performance indicators that support sales and profitability.
• Maintain best‑in‑class operational standards for back‑of‑house areas, including inventory flow, shrink reduction, and product movement.
• Oversee inventory counting, replenishment systems, and price/size integrity across all product categories.
• Coordinate product movement between back‑of‑house and sales areas to enhance the client journey.
