About the role
We are looking for a Production Team Leader for an agro‑food client. The position works on a 5‑shift (5x8) schedule and reports directly to the Production Manager. You will act as the conductor of your team, ensuring smooth operations throughout each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the production team during 5x8 shifts.
- Guarantee continuity of production throughout all working hours.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the team and the Production Manager.
- Monitor the flow of production to prevent interruptions.
- Address any immediate issues that arise to maintain uninterrupted output.
Required profile
- Experience in leading production teams in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with 5‑shift (5x8) work organization.
