About the role

The Accounting Team Leader will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while overseeing the daily activities of an accounting team. This position combines client relationship management with team supervision to ensure high‑quality financial services.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate accounting services.
Supervise, coach, and support a team of approximately ten accounting collaborators.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet internal standards and client expectations.
Coordinate follow‑up actions and ensure proper documentation of accounting processes.

Required profile

Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small accounting team.
Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on service quality.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
