Over de functie

Als Responsable de secteur éducatif (F/H) bent u verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het onderwijs- en medisch‑sociale beleid binnen een territoriale eenheid. De functie is een tijdelijke aanstelling van twaalf maanden, ingaande op de datum van indiensttreding.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Leiden en coördineren van de sector onderwijs binnen de territoriale structuur.
Samenwerken met de drie adjunct-directies: Resources, Educatief project en diensten aan het publiek, en Territoria.
Implementeren en bewaken van de onderwijs‑ en medisch‑sociale beleidsplannen.
Beheren van de operationele processen en zorgen voor een efficiënte dienstverlening aan de doelgroep.

Gewenst profiel

Hoger onderwijs of relevante ervaring in het onderwijs‑ of medisch‑sociale domein.
Ervaring met territoriale organisatie en samenwerking met meerdere directies.
Sterke analytische en coördinatievaardigheden.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Beheersing van de Franse taal in woord en geschrift.
Kennis van beleidsimplementatie binnen onderwijs‑ en medisch‑sociale context.
