About the role

The Food Laboratory Manager will lead the laboratory that supports our client’s production operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all laboratory activities run smoothly, that product quality is consistently high, and that all regulatory and internal standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Organise and supervise daily laboratory activities.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a production team within the laboratory.
  • Guarantee product quality and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Required profile

  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage a team in a production environment.
