Responsable Comptable - PME (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to act as the financial reference for a small‑medium enterprise. Reporting directly to the General Director, you will support the leadership team in steering the company’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships and optimise working capital.
• Ensure compliance with French accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting within a PME or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to numbers.
• Ability to secure and improve financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of French GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Cegid) and Excel.
