About the role
The position reports directly to the Commercial Director and is responsible for steering and expanding the local commercial activity. The role also contributes to improving overall performance and to structuring the commercial department.
Key responsibilities
- Pilot and develop proximity‑based commercial operations.
- Contribute to the enhancement of sales performance metrics.
- Assist in the structuring and organization of the commercial service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial management or sales development.
- Ability to analyse performance data and propose improvements.
- Strong organizational skills to help structure a commercial team.
