About the role

The position reports to the Service Customer Management Director of Alstef Mobile Robotics and acts as the commercial liaison for clients throughout the lifecycle of AGV installations. You will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and evolution of automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems, providing proactive services that keep the solutions functional, safe, and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of AGV customers, supporting them from installation through ongoing operation.
• Identify and propose value‑added services such as functional upgrades, fleet expansions, exceptional maintenance, and obsolescence management.
• Negotiate commercial offers prepared by support teams and oversee contract performance, KPIs, and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints, monitor satisfaction, and ensure timely resolution of billing issues.
• Report order intake and forecast indicators to the service manager.

Required profile

• Technical background in maintenance, automation, robotics, electrotechnics, or intralogistics.
• Experience in project management and client relationship, preferably in logistics or special‑machine sectors.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in an industrial robotics environment and propose technical improvements.
