About the role

We are seeking a Chemistry Manager specialized in bioconjugation to lead the chemistry department of a well‑established biotechnology company in Marseille. The role combines scientific excellence with team leadership in a dynamic, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all chemistry activities related to bioconjugation projects.
Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary chemistry team.
Ensure the implementation of robust experimental protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project progress.
Contribute to the strategic planning and structuring of the department.

Required profile

Strong scientific background in chemistry and bioconjugation.
Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced biotech environment.
