About the role

As the head of the Study Office, reporting to the Agency Manager, you will take full responsibility for the department and lead its daily operations. You will supervise a team composed of Project Managers and Technicians, acting both as a manager and as the primary technical reference.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of the Study Office.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Project Managers and Technicians.
• Serve as the technical referent for the department.
• Pilot the overall activity of the Study Office to ensure continuity and performance.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of technical studies.
• Maintain regular communication with the Agency Manager regarding project status.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a study or engineering department.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Ability to act as a technical reference point.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating technical projects.
