About the role

We are looking for a Residence Manager to oversee a student housing site in Bagneux, France. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of the building on behalf of a private investor owner. The role requires ensuring the residence runs smoothly while delivering a high‑quality experience for tenants.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the proper functioning and overall upkeep of the residence.
Provide a welcoming and professional service to all tenants.
Maintain a harmonious environment within the site.
Manage the commercial leasing activities throughout the year.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations and building maintenance.
Represent the site with a neat appearance and flawless oral communication.

Required profile

Strong service orientation with availability, patience and attentive listening.
Professional presentation and impeccable spoken French.
