Repair Network Leader – Flight Hour Services

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Repair Network Leader to join its Flight Hour Services (FHS) team in Toulouse, France. You will lead a global team of five professionals, ensuring the repair network remains current, efficient, and aligned with the needs of major airline customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a distributed team of five members located in Kuala Lumpur and Toulouse.
• Own, update, and maintain the Repair Network, balancing performance, cost, and transformation objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate multi‑functional meetings, track actions, and produce dashboards on project health and performance.
• Coordinate internal strategy alignment between procurement, engineering, and operations, acting as liaison with IT to develop necessary tools.
• Drive activity integration, pool balancing, forecasting, and continuous improvement of repair network services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or related aviation logistics functions.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring and process optimisation.
