About the role
We are looking for a Rental Management Pole Manager (F/H) to lead the locative management team at Marseille Habitat. The role combines operational oversight of rental services with HR responsibilities, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate the activities of all services under the pole’s responsibility.
- Lead HR missions for the team: update job descriptions, conduct annual performance reviews and evaluations.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align rental operations with company strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing rental or property management teams.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Excellent communication in French.
