Remote Superyacht Crew Member

About the role

The Superyacht Guide is seeking a full‑time remote crew member to support day‑to‑day superyacht operations. Working from any location, you will collaborate with shore‑based teams to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth onboard activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, guest services, and scheduling for superyacht voyages.
• Communicate with technical, management, and shore‑based teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across virtual and onboard environments.
• Prepare and deliver operational reports and documentation.
• Foster a positive onboard culture through proactive communication.

Required profile

• Experience in superyacht or maritime operations (deck, interior, technical support, or guest service).
• Knowledge of safety procedures, compliance standards, and basic maritime regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for multicultural remote teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to high service standards and a client‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital collaboration and reporting tools.
• Relevant maritime or hospitality certifications (e.g., STCW) are advantageous.
