Regulatory Reporting Quality Manager

About the role

Revolut’s Compliance team is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Quality Manager to oversee non‑financial regulatory reporting for France and future EU markets. You will ensure reports are delivered on time, accurately, and in line with regulator expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update non‑financial regulatory reports for France (labour inspection, over‑indebtedness committee, Egapro).
• Prepare reporting frameworks for upcoming EU market expansions.
• Provide stakeholders with the tools, processes, and roadmaps needed to meet regulator expectations.
• Coordinate setup, changes, or remediation of listed regulatory reports.
• Submit regulatory reports in coordination with regulators.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in regulatory reporting or audit within a bank or regulated financial services firm.
• Background as a consultant or auditor in a Big 4 or similar environment.
• Proven track record coordinating regulatory reports for financial institutions.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with tight‑deadline management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with regulatory reporting software such as Axiom.
• Experience using regulatory reporting standard tools and frameworks.
