Regional Sales Director

About the role

Enreach is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales initiatives across designated international regions. You will help service providers, MSPs, integrators, and resellers adopt Enreach UP, a multi‑tenant white‑label UC platform that combines voice, video, call‑center, and bot capabilities with Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, CRM and ERP integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new partnerships with service providers and manage all commercial activities.
• Support existing partners, grow their business, and maintain contracts.
• Lead regular steering committees with key partners to align performance objectives.
• Collaborate with internal sales, presales, marketing, finance, operations and support teams to ensure commercial alignment, accurate forecasting and timely project delivery.
• Monitor the UCaaS market, analyse competitors and use insights to strengthen Enreach’s offering.

Required profile

• Resilient and determined to achieve success.
• 5+ years of commercial management experience in telecom, cloud services (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS) or VoIP.
• Proven project‑management and contract‑negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives and develop business strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities in contract management and commercial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
