Regional Logistics Manager – Transport & Carrier Management

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative, technology‑driven consumer business that is expanding its European logistics network. Based in Paris and working on a hybrid schedule, you will own the performance of the carrier network across a key region in France, balancing commercial relationships with operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional carrier performance, ensuring KPIs and service levels are consistently met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement.
• Identify operational issues, analyse root causes and implement solutions to enhance delivery performance.
• Source, evaluate and onboard new carrier partners to increase network resilience.
• Support commercial negotiations and supplier discussions to optimise transport spend.
• Monitor network capacity, performance trends and operational risks, taking proactive actions.
• Visit carrier depots and distribution sites to assess standards and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams on network development, service improvement and optimisation projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, transport or carrier management within a multi‑partner environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance‑based decisions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional operational sites.
