Regional Business Continuity Analyst

About the role

PwC is seeking a Regional Business Continuity Analyst to strengthen the resilience of its operations across France and the Maghreb. You will join the Security, Safety and Resilience division, reporting to the Regional Business Continuity Manager and supporting the Regional Chief Security Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management System (SMCA).
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA), create risk maps, and help design continuity and recovery plans.
• Produce, update, and organise all continuity and crisis‑management documentation (policies, procedures, response plans, lessons learned, action plans).
• Prepare, facilitate and monitor crisis‑management exercises and provide operational support to incident‑response teams.
• Manage and enhance continuity and crisis‑management tools, integrating innovative AI‑based solutions where appropriate.
• Define and track key performance indicators related to business continuity.

Required profile

• Curious and passionate professional with a strong interest in security, safety and business resilience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and embody PwC Professional behaviours.
• Experience or academic background in business continuity, risk management or crisis management.
