About the role

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is creating a new position to become the central reference for the Production ERP system. You will be embedded within the core of the information system, acting as the go‑to expert for ERP production and manufacturing processes, particularly in the supply chain domain.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Production ERP (GPAO) module.
Support manufacturing and supply chain teams by configuring and optimizing ERP workflows.
Coordinate with business units to ensure ERP aligns with production and logistics requirements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Provide training and documentation for end‑users.

Required profile

Experience with ERP systems in a production or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
