About the role

Join a dedicated team in La Réunion to recruit regular donors for Sidaction during a six‑week campaign. You will engage directly with the public, presenting the organization’s programs and encouraging monthly contributions.

Key responsibilities

• Approach pedestrians in public spaces to explain Sidaction’s mission and activities.
• Invite passers‑by to support Sidaction through a recurring, automatically debited monthly donation.
• Complete a two‑day paid, in‑person training at the start of the mission to become a certified donor recruiter.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and donations collected.

Required profile

• Motivation to work for a cause that has social impact.
• Dynamic, friendly, and persistent attitude.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and summarising information clearly.
• No specific diploma or prior experience required.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; the role provides all necessary training.

What we offer

• Hourly wage starting at €12.31, increasing to €13 after two missions and up to €15, with potential managerial rates of €16.
• Fixed‑term contract of 6 weeks, full‑time (35 h) or part‑time (28 h).
• Working hours 09:30‑17:30, Tuesday to Saturday.
• Meal vouchers (€12 per worked day) via Swile card, 60 % covered.
• Transport allowance up to €20 per day and 50 % of public transport subscription.
• Health insurance contribution up to €31.25 per month.
