About the role

This internship supports Manpower France’s recruitment and client‑relations activities in Brioude. You will work closely with the recruitment team to assist in sourcing candidates and with the client‑service team to maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

Assist in posting job ads and screening candidate applications.
Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the preparation of recruitment reports and dashboards.
Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources, Business, or a similar field.
Strong interest in recruitment processes and client service.
Good organizational and communication skills.
