Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure a smooth, consistent hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across global teams, while helping to scale and improve recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Manage candidate experience initiatives, including feedback surveys and reporting.
• Maintain job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy.
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns and hiring announcements.
• Administer the employee referral program, tracking referrals and recognitions.
• Document best practices, assist with tooling initiatives, and help automate workflows.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional talent operations projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset focused on process improvement.
• Collaborative style with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Adaptability and ownership in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Ability to work with recruitment data and generate insights.
