Recruiter – Experienced Hire (Paris)

About the role

As a Recruiter within Oliver Wyman’s Experienced Hire team in Paris, you will be responsible for attracting top‑tier consulting talent to the French practice. Working closely with Practice Group Partners and hiring managers, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with consulting leadership to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage and assess experienced consultants through direct outreach, referrals, networking and external channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring plans.
• Provide market insights and regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Oliver Wyman recruitment standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence hiring decisions across multiple practice groups.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering a candidate‑centric experience.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
