Recruiter – EMEA Talent Acquisition (Paris)

About the role

Figma is looking for a full‑cycle recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its Business and Go‑to‑Market teams across EMEA. Based in Paris and working on a hybrid schedule, you will shape the candidate experience, build diverse pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to drive hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting processes for Business and Go‑to‑Market roles.
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers across EMEA to define hiring needs.
• Source and nurture a representative talent pool using data‑driven methods.
• Develop outreach campaigns, events, and content to attract passive candidates.
• Champion Figma’s values and contribute to belonging, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth, SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to partner with VP‑level stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Fluency in French; German is a plus.
