Receptionist – Airport Hotel

About the role
Join the Sheraton team at Charles de Gaulle Airport and be the first friendly face our guests meet. As a Receptionist you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering memorable, personalized service throughout each stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage reservations and handle check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Process operational requests, respond to guest inquiries and provide local area information.
- Complete daily reports, maintain accurate guest records and uphold security standards.
- Move around the lobby area, lift and transport items up to 10 lb, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
