Quantum Research Community Manager

About the role

As Alice & Bob moves from research to commercial deployment of fault‑tolerant quantum computers, the Quantum Research Community Manager will drive adoption of the hardware and enable impactful scientific outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of user relationship management, scientific engagement, and ecosystem development.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the user journey by tracking satisfaction and continuously improving the experience.
• Track equipment usage, maximise adoption, and support research initiatives and scientific publications.
• Map, understand, and engage quantum research communities worldwide.
• Organise trainings, workshops and educational initiatives in collaboration with internal experts.
• Represent Alice & Bob at conferences, trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer‑facing environments and educational initiatives.
• MSc or PhD in quantum computing, quantum engineering, physics, computer science or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel across France and Europe.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills for scientific, technical and executive audiences.
