Quality Project Officer – Apprenticeship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Project Officer to join our team on an apprenticeship basis. The role supports Carrefour France’s quality initiatives, helping to ensure that store operations meet the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing quality audits across retail locations.
• Collect, analyse and report data related to product handling, hygiene and customer service standards.
• Support the development of corrective action plans and follow‑up on their implementation.
• Collaborate with store managers and cross‑functional teams to promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records in accordance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme (e.g., quality management, food safety, logistics, or business administration).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
