About the role

Stellantis is looking for a Quality Process Auditor to join its Quality team and drive operational excellence across the organisation. You will lead quality audits, assess risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits in line with QMS standards across multiple company domains.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks based on severity.
  • Define, monitor, and validate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
  • Perform root‑cause analyses and ensure effective implementation of actions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of action plans in operational environments.
  • Support company‑wide risk assessment activities with a preventive approach.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit standards and processes.
  • Prepare and support teams for external certifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP, etc.
  • Deliver training aligned with company priorities and quality objectives.
  • Represent the Customer Experience or Corporate Audit function when required.
  • Provide quality status updates during project milestones, including pre‑SOP audits.

Required profile

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in automotive environments (design, production, supply chain, aftersales).
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audit methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Experience working with suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence, make decisions, and drive change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • High level of rigor, objectivity, and professional credibility.
  • Willingness to travel.

Required skills

  • Quality Management System (QMS) expertise.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 standards.
  • CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation.
  • Root‑cause analysis techniques.
  • Audit methodologies and tools.
