About the role

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the quality function within the organization, ensuring compliance with the IATF 16949 automotive standard and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

Manage and animate the quality team.
Lead, support and develop a team of five collaborators with varied profiles and experience.
Promote team cohesion and continuous skill development.
Oversee quality processes to align with IATF 16949 requirements.

Required profile

Proven experience in quality management.
Experience leading a small, diverse team.
Ability to foster team cohesion and development.

Required skills

IATF 16949 standard knowledge.
