Quality Assurance / Clinical Studies Internship – Cosmetics

About the role

Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics is looking for a student to join its quality environment for cosmetic clinical studies. The internship takes place at the Hotel Dieu Saint Jacques site in Toulouse and starts in January 2027. It offers hands-on experience in the quality setting of cosmetic clinical studies and contributes to continuous improvement of documentation and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Write, check and follow up documentation related to clinical studies
• Upload documents into the group's quality management tool
• Ensure documentation complies with internal procedures and regulations
• Provide technical support on quality and documentation
• Work with project leads and investigators involved in clinical studies
• Support the outsourcing contract manager in quality tasks with CROs

Required profile

• Student in a scientific degree (Master, engineering school or equivalent) in quality, biology, cosmetics, pharmacy or general sciences
• Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) is an advantage
• Strong interest in quality and cosmetic clinical studies
• Written and oral communication, analysis and synthesis skills

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office)
• Rigour, organisation, autonomy and teamwork
