QA Lead

About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to join a fully remote team that creates high‑quality gaming experiences for players worldwide. The role combines hands‑on operational leadership with cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring that both development and publishing QA activities are efficient, scalable and aligned with ambitious production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of internal QA teams, planning and executing testing activities in line with project priorities.
• Manage resource allocation, delegate tasks and adapt testing efforts to shifting development schedules.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, introduce best practices and mentor team members.
• Act as primary liaison between QA, development, publishing and other stakeholders, translating milestones into clear testing objectives.
• Provide transparent reporting on build stability, testing progress and release readiness using data‑driven communication.
• Coordinate external QA vendors and outsourcing partners, ensuring consistent testing quality and smooth integration of feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the video‑game industry, covering both development and publishing.
• At least 2 years in a QA leadership role with proven team‑management and mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of modern software testing methodologies, structured QA processes and technical build pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with external QA vendors or co‑development studios.
• Passion for video games, especially Action‑RPG or Souls‑like genres, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
