Psychiatrist – Clinical & Coordination Role

About the role

The position is based in Sablé‑sur‑Sarthe and offers a psychiatrist the opportunity to work within a human‑scale structure, directly collaborating with management and multidisciplinary teams. The role combines clinical care, individualized treatment planning, and coordination with external health services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide regular medical follow‑up and adjust treatments for patients.
• Develop, monitor and revise personalized care projects for each patient.
• Support the multidisciplinary team (psychologists, nurses, specialized educators, health managers) with clinical expertise.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local health institutions (hospitals, mental health centers, sector psychiatry) to ensure seamless care pathways and hospital admissions when needed.

Required profile

• Doctorate in Medicine and a recognized specialization in Psychiatry (DES or equivalent).
• Mandatory registration on the French Medical Order.
• Strong interest in the medico‑social sector and long‑term patient care.
• Excellent listening, pedagogical abilities and coordination skills.
