Property Manager – Residential Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee residential asset portfolios on behalf of owners and institutional investors. Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you will ensure the efficient operation and financial performance of our residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies in collaboration with residence teams.
• Monitor weekly occupancy rates, guaranteeing that lease contracts are fully entered into the management system.
• Track units that become unavailable due to renovations or other immobilisation reasons.
• Prepare and manage rent invoicing from tenant move‑in to move‑out, applying the correct pricing grids to ensure accurate billing.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property management or a related real‑estate field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with internal teams.
