Project Supply Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Project Supply Manager to lead end‑to‑end project fulfillment for its telecom and ICT solutions. The role involves coordinating pre‑sale support, contract negotiation, logistics, and inventory management to ensure seamless delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full PO fulfillment process, including customer communication, bidding, tendering, and contract negotiation.
• Monitor international logistics, customs clearance, and inventory efficiency to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to design supply solutions that match customer requirements.
• Conduct contract reviews, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance with Huawei’s supply mechanisms.
• Drive cost optimisation for inventory and logistics while maintaining delivery quality.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse customers in a multicultural environment.
• Optimistic attitude with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English and French; Chinese language skills are a plus.
