Project Quality Manager

About the role

The Project Quality Manager will lead the Quality Management System for a major EPC power‑generation project in Corsica. Reporting to the Project Director, the role ensures that all on‑site QA/QC activities meet contractual, regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and related procedures.
• Plan, conduct and report on quality audits across the site.
• Coordinate the on‑site quality team and manage inspection activities.
• Define QA/QC requirements for subcontractors and suppliers and monitor compliance.
• Handle non‑conformities, drive corrective actions and track quality indicators.
• Support the project team in meeting client and contractual quality obligations.
• Prepare periodic quality performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Quality Management on EPC or complex industrial projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary quality teams and manage subcontractor interfaces.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
• Legal right to work in France/EU and willingness to work full‑time on site in Corsica.
