Project Management Officer - Validation Ferroviaire F/H

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Officer specialized in railway verification and validation (V&V) to join our team in Paris. Reporting to the Project Director or the Validation Activity Manager, you will ensure the smooth planning, coordination and transversal monitoring of all V&V activities across the project. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the project schedule for verification and validation tasks.
• Track progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions to keep V&V milestones on track.
• Act as the main liaison between technical teams, quality assurance, and project governance bodies.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support the implementation of validation procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination or management within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
