Project Leader for MVC Governance & Solution

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Project Leader to drive the design, deployment, and evolution of a resilient IT ecosystem that guarantees Minimum Viable Company (MVC) operations in case of major infrastructure failures or cyber‑attacks. Based at the Marignane site, you will work at the intersection of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of an Isolated Recovery Environment (IRE), defining network isolation, identity & access management, and compute/storage hosting.
• Optimize backup systems to meet defined Recovery Point Objectives for critical applications.
• Deploy and oversee “Instant Restore” tools to minimise downtime during transitions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Infrastructure Product Service Lines, ensuring alignment with programs such as Ransomware & Resilience (R2P) and the Data Center Journey.
• Manage governance, switchover readiness, and organizational processes to enable rapid business continuity activation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex infrastructure or business continuity projects.
• Strong ability to work with multiple technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and governance skills.
