Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Project Data Analyst to support our project teams by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will help improve project planning, execution, and performance through accurate reporting and visualisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise, analyse and interpret project data related to schedules, budgets, resources, risks and milestones.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations that highlight key performance indicators.
• Monitor project metrics, identify trends, evaluate outcomes and suggest process‑optimisation opportunities.
• Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, data validation and ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support project governance by maintaining documentation, preparing performance reports and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex data to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using reporting tools and data visualisation platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and project performance measurement.
