Production Unit Manager – Facilities, Soreel

About the role

Rehlko, a manufacturer of engines, generators, power conversion, UPS systems, EV components and clean energy solutions, is looking for a Production Unit Manager to lead the production process of one of its two activities at its industrial site in Cholet. The post is a fixed-term contract (CDI H) with a daily working schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pilot and organise production (manufacturing and testing), ensuring availability and adequacy of human and material resources
• Improve production performance through continuous improvement focused on quality, costs and deadlines
• Develop team skills and engagement, supporting talent and motivating colleagues
• Anticipate resource needs and technical or social risks and put in place adapted solutions
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, safety rules, workshop order and PPE use
• Drive activity and communicate results: follow-up of performance, process reviews, project objectives and reporting to the production director

Required profile

• Higher education in manufacturing management or equivalent
• Proven experience managing a production unit (at least 5 years as a manager)
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Professional English appreciated

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of industrial processes, planning tools (ERP, MES) and QHSE requirements
• Continuous improvement methods such as Lean and 5S, and performance indicators
